Guidance Counselor's Office, Tuesday

Looked like things were back to normal-ish on fair Fandom island. Electroclash had supposed that meant she should drag her bum to her office to see if anyone was traumatized enough to seek counseling after whatever it had been that had left the island so sparsely populated.

Actually, half her reason for coming in was to see if someone could actually tell her what had been going on. Because fuck if she knew, her whole week had been tea and booze, like a sensible person's. Speaking of which, she put the electric kettle on before settling into the chair behind her desk.

Tea soothed traumatized people, right? Probably more than Electroclash would. But she was still here and available!

[ooopen.]

"It was a lot more than bad," Emily said as she leaned forward. "I don't know how many people got there, but basically everyone was in their pajamas, or less. It was some sort of dungeon thing with corridors and doors that took to what I'm going to assume were other worlds." Which she had later learned that had to do with things that had happened in the past.

"A lot of people died, actually," Emily said with a nonchalant shrug. "But we then realized they were all being held in some stasis pods in the...how to put it...the Final Room? The Big Boss Room? Although there was no big boss, just a big black sphere with a teacher strapped to it."

Emily sighed. The things she was getting used to say.

"Professor Skywalker," Emily said. She didn't know the guy, but apparently he was really powerful or something.

"Guy wasn't all that pleased of the situation, though," Emily pointed out, not wanting to let Electroclash think anything she hadn't explicitly say. "But we managed to talk sense into him and save the day." And then it hit her. "Hey, I actually saved the day, kinda."

It wasn't what she had came to do in the island, but it wasn't also half bad.

Emily knew all about half sincere, and she didn't mind it. "I still can't understand how people just go back to their usual lives. I mean, that's some serious repression right there," Emily said, basically describing herself as well.
